Website:  The MPST-SHARKS  website will always have the most up to date information and should always be recognized as the primary source for all things Sharks related. 

e-Mail Communication:  Your email will only be utilized for communication regarding the swim team, and messages will be sent out by the Team Leadership only.  During the season weekly updates, meet and volunteer reminders will be communicated via e-Mail.

MPST Lobby:  There will always be a Board Member at the MPST Welcome Table during weekly practices between 6:30pm - 8:30pm. 

Swimmer Folders:  File folder system will be utilized to distribute ribbons, picture order forms, and other materials as needed.  There are two plastic boxes clearly marked and sorted by the swimmer's last name.  The box is located on a table across from the front entrance of the Aquatic Center and is available during swim practice hours.  Check your child's folder regularly. 

Communication with Team Coaches

As it is always exciting to discuss your child's stroke progression with the coaches.  Please note that practice time is never the time for this conversation.  During practice time it is important that the coaches are fully engaged with your swimmers.  However we have a few ways to communicate with the team coaches.

e-mail Communication:  Please feel free to communication with the coaches via our Contact Us tab.  Select Coaches from the drop down list and create your e-Mail communication to the coaches.

Coaches Folder:  Within the same folder system for your swimmers, there is a Coach's folder in front of Box #1.  Please place hand written notes to the coaches in that folder.  Make sure that you write clearly and provide your name, e-mail address, and contact number.
