The team will have practice Monday, Wednesday and Friday this week.

All swimmers should arrive at their age group dryland time with sneakers and exercise clothing.Please meet your coaches in front of the aquatic center.

Come out and have fun with your Coaches at Stars and Strikes!Let’s see who is the best in bowling and any arcades games!!!

All Swimmers should arrive at 5:00pm to receive direction from their coaches.

MPST will start warmups at 5:30pm – 5:55pm.

Parent’s be prepared to purchase your heat sheet and to mark your swimmer’s with the Grid on the Meet Preparation page on our website.This page will also get you prepared for the meet.
