Parents,

We are heading into the third of our four meets for the season and your swimmer(s) still are not confirmed for attendance.  You not confirming if your swimmer(s) are attending meets, makes it very HARD for Coach Reena to enter our swimmers in their events.

1st:  If your swimmer is not attending, we need to know so that ALL swimmer will have the opportunity to be entered into events that best suite them.

2nd:   By not letting us know that your swimmer will not attend, prevents other swimmers from swimming if your swimmer is holding a slot.

3rd:  We could just not enter your swimmer if you do not confirm their attendance, but we would rather you let us know so that your swimmer and all other swimmers will have proper opportunity to swim events.

4th:  MPST Relays are being greatly effected by swimmers who do not attend and relays have to be scratched.

So, please help the team and confirm your swimmer attendance for the next two meets TODAY.
