Hello MPST Families:

We are headed to the GCSL Championship at Georgia Tech.This is going to be a long email and I want to make sure that you all have all of the information needed to get your swimmers to the Meet.

County Session Timeline – July 9, 10, 11^th @ GA Tech. Please Note Your Warm-Up Time. Have you swimmers at the pool 15 minutes before warm-up time.

Session 1: Friday, July 9^th: (15-18)

Start time: 5:30pm

Warm-Up at 4pm

Session 2: Saturday, July 10^th; (9-10)

Start Time: 9:15am

Warm-Up at 8am

Session 3: Saturday, July 10^th; (13-14)

Start Time: 3:15pm

Warm-Up at 1:30pm

Session 4: Sunday, July 11^th; (8 & Under)

Start Time: 9:15am

Warm-Up at 7:30am

Session 5:Sunday, July 11^th; (11-12)

Start Time: 3pm

Warm-Up at 1:30pm

County Meet Awards: Will be Distributed, Sunday, July 11, 2021, after we complete Session 5.I will send you all a group message of time to meet at Bruster’s 5314 Five Forks Trickum Rd., Lilburn, GA 30047.

*This year there will be no spectators at the meet. Parents will be required to drop swimmers off to our volunteer parent at check-in.Check-in will be at the front door of the Aquatic Center. Younger swimmers will be escorted to the stands with team coaches or volunteers.

*Swimmers’ Bullpen will be seating in the stands not on the pool deck as in previous years.There is no exceptions!

*Team Volunteers and Coaches will be given passes to enter the facility. Only those with a pass will be permitted!

* LIVE STREAMING of the entire county meet will take place this year. Link will be sent once I receive it.

* Parking and Waiting for your swimmers: 355 First Drive W02 Student Center Lot. This is located across the street from the aquatic center.

• There is NO Parking allowed along the streets around the aquatic facility.
• Parking fee is $2 per hour or $15 max per day. Credit Card only

*Relay events are first each session and if your swimmer is in relays only, they will be ready early. So, stay close to Ga Tech and Coaches will call when you can pick up your swimmer(s).

Spectators are not allowed at the county meet per GA TECH rules!!

I have attached the practice schedule to this email.Please make sure that you have your swimmers in the correct practice time slot. Swimmers will be practicing with their relay teammates.
