Hello MPST Championship Families:

We are headed to the GCSL Championship at Georgia Tech.This is going to be a long email and I want to make sure that you all have all the information needed to get your swimmers to the Meet.

County Session Timeline – July 9, 10, 11^th @ GA Tech.Please Note Your Warm-Up Time.Have you swimmers at the pool 15 minutes before warm-up time.

Session 1:Friday, July 9^th: (15-18)

Warm-Up at 4pm

Start time: 5:30pm

Session 2:Saturday, July 10^th: (9-10)

Warm-Up at 8am

Start Time:9:15am

Session 3:Saturday, July 10^th; (13-14)

Warm-Up at 1:30pm

Start Time: 3:15pm

Session 4:Sunday, July 11^th; (8 & Under)

Warm-Up at 7:30am

Start Time: 9:15am

Session 5:Sunday, July 11^th; (11-12)

Warm-Up at 1:30pm

Start Time: 3pm

County Meet Awards: Will be Distributed, Sunday, July 11, 2021, after we complete Session 5.I will send you all a group message of time to meet at Bruster’s 5314 Five Forks Trickum Rd., Lilburn, GA 30047.

*This year there will be no spectators at the meet; however, we are required to have bullpen parent and staging volunteers.With that being said, parents of swimmers may have an opportunity to see their swimmers live.The schedule will be attached, and you will need to come in the Aquatic Center tonight for me to confirm your slot.

Bullpen managers Duties: 4 adults (Coaches or Parents) members are to help with

• Welcoming kids from the front door - bringing them to the stands to sit.

• Assist with bathroom needs.
• Assist in making sure kids are guided to the staging area for events.
• Making sure swimmers are returning to the team seats after events.
• Taking swimmers after they have competed for the day and reconnecting them to their parents at the front entrance.

*Parents will be required to drop swimmers off to our volunteer parent at check-in.Check-in will be at the front door of the Aquatic Center.Younger swimmers will be escorted to the stands with team coaches or volunteers.

*Swimmers’ Bullpen will be seating in the stands not on the pool deck as in previous years.There are no exceptions! MPST seats are in Section 104.

*Team Volunteers and Coaches will be given passes to enter the facility.Only those with a pass will be permitted!

* Parking and Waiting for your swimmers:355 First Drive W02 Student Center Lot. This is located across the street from the aquatic center.

• There is NO Parking allowed along the streets around the aquatic facility.
• Parking fee is $2 per hour or $15 max per day. Credit Card only

*Relay events are first each session and if your swimmer is in relays ONLY, they will be ready early. So, stay close to GA Tech and Coaches will call when you can pick up your swimmer(s).

Make sure that you come in the Aquatic Center to CONFIRM your Slot!!

Spectators (Non-Working Parents) are not allowed at the county meet per GA TECH rules!!

Please make sure that you have your swimmers in the correct practice time slot. Swimmers will be practicing with their relay teammates.
