Hello again Sharks Family;

Less than one week to go until the first practice! Hope you all are as excited as we are.

A couple of things: 

1, First practice day is on May 9th, please check the website for each age group's schedule. PLEASE BRING A CHECK FOR $100. YOUR SWIMMER WON'T BE ABLE TO ENTER THE POOL UNLESS THE CHECK IS COLLECTED. This will be refunded once the proper volunteer hours have been completed. 

2. Parents' meeting is REQUIRED on May 9th at 7:30 pm. It will take place upstairs in the aquatic center (in the hallway area). 

3. Online training for volunteers:  Only one session is needed for the computer and  Stroke and turn. If you do a starter, you will have to do stroke and turn as well. WE NEED COMPUTER PEOPLE, WE NEED STROKE AND TURN.  Your efforts are the only thing to keep the team running. See below and let me know which one you will attend: 

Computer Training: NEW DATE! May 11 and May 16. All classes will be held virtually from 7-9pm. Please register using this link: (URL: https://forms.gle/zzJjfSTyHuweqPut8). This link is also on the GCSL website. It is a Google Form. If you do not register, you will not receive the link to the meeting. The meetings are in Microsoft Teams.

Stroke & Turn/Starter Training:

• Online training for Stroke and Turn judges will be on Tuesdays: 5/3, 5/10, & 5/17 from 7-9:30pm
• Online training for Starters will be Wednesdays: 5/4, 5/11, 5/18 from 7-8pm
