Safety is our first priority

Hello family, 

Can not believe It is our second week now:)

For the safety reasons, please always keep in mind: 

1: All swimmers need to wear running shoes for dryland and bring enough water with them.

2: Swimmers need to inform the coaches if the swimmers are not allowed to do a certain exercises due to their physical condition. Our coaches will not push any swimmers to do any exercises which they are not comfortable with. Swimmers,  PLEASE tell the coach if you do not feel well during the practice.
