I hope you all had a great weekend. Two crucial reminders: 

1, Volunteer sign up for meet June 2nd. 

We still have 21 volunteer slots UNFILLED. If you have not signed the volunteer yet, please sign.  The volunteer slot will be closed on May 25 at 10 pm ( one day before the mock meet ).  if we do not have enough volunteers we can not continue the mock meet. 

2. Swimmer Meet Entry for the duel meet on June 2nd. 

All the swimmers need to tell the coach if they are available or not for each duel meet. The due day to do so for the first duel meet is May 27th. before 7 pm.  Once the meet entry is closed on May 27th,  the swimmer is not allowed to attend the meet. Please see the detail under " calendar and meet" on "how to register the meet.". Below is the brief information:  

• Meet RSVP/MEET ENTRY closes Friday at 7 pm before a meet  NO EXCEPTIONS
• Parent Volunteer/Job Sign Up closes at 10 pm the night before a meet.
