Parent Order instructions ALL orders must be pre-paid at the time of photography. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards and we will make change on site as necessary. We will have staff to handle order forms, order questions, and money on picture day. Complete a separate form for each different swimmer photo desired. For example: swimmers with 2 separate solo shots and 2 separate picture packages need 2 separate envelopes). Siblings in same photo for only one picture package require only one envelope; put all sibling names on that envelope. If you are adding a sibling “extra” shot in addition to separate individual packages, put the “extra” shot on one of the sib individual envelopes. Please remind parents that there can be no personal/parent photography of our team photos. Once the team is lined up, all personal cameras and cell cameras need be put away before photos will proceed. There will be an opportunity of parents to photograph the "fun team photo" after the formal shot is complete. If the club needs a digital image for their website or promotional purposes we will be happy to provide that on request. Scheduling Typically, we photograph individuals first for 30-45 minutes while waiting for other age groups or stragglers to arrive, then follow with the team photo, then photograph additional later-arrival or age group individuals after the team photo. The whole process takes about 60-120 minutes and is aided if there is a steps, rail or ladder area that can be kept clear of other swimmers for individual photos. Your photo information is below; if any of the details are incorrect or need change, please alert us as soon as possible. Our photographers will arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time to set up. Please ensure a club representative is on site to meet our staff and confirm the photo location, and agree on the flow and timing for your event. All team pictures will include team name in plain type at bottom of photo. If you want a logo included on your team picture, you must email us a high resolution jpg. file on or before picture day.
