Meet for Tomorrow

June 15th

Hello Sharks, 

Briefe information about tomorrow's meet:  It is a outside pool, please bring whatever needed such as sunscreen and bug spray:)  Heat sheet is attached. 

Be there on time: the warm-up time is 5:30-5:50. parking takes time, please be there 15 minutes earlier. 

Below is the email from HW ( the hosting team for tomorrow's meet). Please read the email for meet information: 

"I  would like to welcome you to our home on Thursday Night for our Swim Meet! So excited to be back in the pool and at dual meets! I just wanted to share a few tidbits to help make life easier. Parking is at a premium so between 4:00- 5:15 we will only let in a few people into the parking lot at the pool... They include your Head Coach, 1 Assistant Coach and a Council Member, along with anyone who has a handicap sticker that arrives by 5:15. Even then it will fill up early. Everyone else please park along the side of the road in the neighborhood, same side as the pool. There should be some " no parking signs" on the other side. After 5:15 the parking lot opens up. -Please send me the name of your council member, head coach & assistant that will be at the meet so I can leave their names at the entrance of the Pool Driveway.

We have meal tickets for the Head Coach and 2 assistant coaches. This ticket is good for an Entree and drink. The Hanarry West Swim team tries hard to offer a good concession stand. I know for sure we will have baked potatoes, Ziti, chilled pasta salad, pizza, nachos,chili, hamburgers, and various sweets, candy, and drinks. We hope you will join us for dinner! The visiting team spectator area is also on the near side of the pool. There is NO covered area for spectators, so plan accordingly. Our bullpen is combined for both teams and covered . Your warm-up time is 5:30-5:50. We will need 6 timers for each half of the meet for a total of 12. There should also be 2 stroke and turn judges per half. In order to save paper (trees) Heat sheets are available to print only. We will not have Heat sheets for sale so I have attached the PDF to send to your parents.. We will have printed heatsheets for BullPen, Judges, Timers, and Coaches.
