The third meet is away. Attached is the heat sheet for you to print.

Please arrive at 5:10 pm. Allow ample time to find the parking lot.

Below is from the hosting team on Thursday. Please read it : 

Welcome! We are very excited about having Mountain Park at our pool Thursday night! We wanted to share a few things to help the meet go smoothly and safely.

1. Your team will sit on the tennis-court side of the pool. You can set up on deck, of course, and up in the grassy area between the courts and the pool. Please ask your families to not play on the playground or the tennis courts. There will be an ALTA tennis match in progress during out meet.

2. Our parking lot is small, so cars should park alongside the neighborhood roads. Please let your team know that there may be a little walk, so bring a wagon if needed. Please also let your team know that there will be signs out directing them where to park (only one side of the road is allowed). Please note that there will be a tennis match on the courts and we will not allow parking along the gazebo/tennis road. We don't want to risk blocking emergency vehicles to our neighborhood houses. No parking is allowed at the entrance of the neighborhood. Please let us know if you have any handicapped persons that need parking.

3. Please refer to the heat sheets for directions on the emergency plan and weather plan. If we must delay the meet due to weather, we will ask everyone to wait it out in their cars. Council members will remain in the clubhouse to make decisions about the meet during this time.

4. Concessions will be available and is located outside the pool deck on the grass to the right of the clubhouse. We will have some great choices for dinner, so please come hungry! We accept Cash and Venmo. Some options will include burgers, hot dogs, chips, candy, drinks, and more.

5. Mountain Park will warm up from 5:25 to 5:50 pm. The deck will open at 4:45 for chair placement.

6. Our theme for the meet is Superhero/Supervillain! Heat winners will receive beads. We'd love to have your swimmers join us in wearing their themed attire.

7. The Heat Sheet is attached.   The results and heat sheet should also be available on the Swimtopia app.

8. Our bullpen is located on the home side of the pool, but there will be a pathway for the kids. Please do not walk behind the starter table. You will see the big green sign that says Bullpen and will post the event number needed in the bullpen. Please have your bullpen and staging volunteers report to this location. Stroke and turn, as well as timers, will meet at the starter table-on the visitor side of the pool. Listen for those announcements!

9. Lastly, we will have a cooler for refillable water bottles if your volunteers would like to use that. We will also have plastic bottles, but for those that prefer their own, they're welcome to refill from the cooler on deck.
