Welcome to talk with me or our board members at any time if you have any questions.

 If you need to talk with our coaches, please do so after 9 pm when the practice is over.  You can also leave the message/Notes in the coaches' folder in the lobby area.

Please Do Not Talk to the coaches During practice time.  Neither in the pool nor out of the pool ( Dryland time) before 9 pm. 

Your swimmers deserve the full attention of the coaches during the practice session.
