Hi, Sharks family,

Thank you for your hard work during the mock meet today. In order to ensure a successful meet on May 30th, please be mindful of the following reminders:

1. Having Enough Volunteers:
   
   
   • We were short of volunteers today. Only 1/4 of the Stroke & Turn slots were filled; none of the 2 volunteer slots for meet setup/breakdown were signed up for; and we had 3 parents sign up for staging but didn’t show up. We ran the meet today without enough Stroke & Turn officials. During the dual meet, the meet cannot proceed if we are short of Stroke & Turn officials.
2. Stay Until the Meet is Over:
   
   
   • The relay (4 swimmers) will be canceled and score 0 if any swimmer doesn’t show up or leaves early without informing the coach. This happened today for the girls’ relay. If you sign the attendance for the meet but cannot make it for any reason, please let the coach know before the meet.
3. Register Your Swimmers’ Attendance Before the Meet Entry Closes:
   
   
   • The meet entry for the game on May 30th will close tomorrow at 7 PM. NO exceptions! If you have not registered your swimmer for the meet, please do it now. If your swimmer is not available for the meet, you still need to mark them as NOT available via the meet entry.
