This is the information for the Tuesday meet. 

Hi Mountain Park Swim Council! The Stingrays are excited to welcome you to Cedar Creek for our meet next Tuesday. here is all the 'need to know info' for visiting us, but don't hesitate to let us know if we've missed anything or if you have any questions.

Pool Location: 853 Angevine Court SW, Lilburn 30047
Timing

Please ask your team to arrive no earlier than 5PM, as we will be completing pool set-up before then

Visiting team’s planned warm-up time is 5:20-5:50PM

Timers and Stroke & Turn Judges meetings will be at 5:40 on the pool deck

We will host a few bubble heats for our little swimmers. We expect those to start at 5:55, just after the National Anthem.

Meet will begin at 6:00

Parking

There will also be 1 handicap spot in our parking lot for your team (if additional are needed, let us know)

Please tell your parents to not enter the parking lot to drop-off swimmers--there is no space to turn around; swimmer drop-off is at the top of the pool driveway/entrance

If space is available, please only park in painted spots in the parking lot (no curb parking)

Abide by the No Parking signs throughout our neighborhood--no parking in grass and parking only on one side of the street

Visitor Seating

When entering the pool, the visiting team’s area is on the left

Parents are reminded to bring chairs

Feel free to also use the grassy area outside the fence for seating

Team Staging Areas

Dual-team Bullpen (4 rows) is to the left of the blocks

Dual-team Staging (2 rows) is directly behind the blocks

Volunteers

We are a 4 lane pool, so will need 4 Timers, 1 Back-up Timer and 2 Stroke & Turn Judges from your team (double this if breaking into shifts)

If you have other volunteers, we're happy for them to work alongside our volunteers. Bullpen and Staging assistants would be especially appreciated to help ensure our swimmers stay organized.

Verifier/Ribbons

Your Scoring/Verifier and Ribbons volunteers can go to the Pavilion and meet with our Head Computer, Daniel, where we'll have our computer and ribbons stations set-up

Concessions

Our concession stand offers dinner items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, chips, candy and drinks

We accept cash and credit cards ($5 minimum)

Our deck can accommodate small personal coolers, but please ask parents to not bring large coolers, and no glass or alcohol

We do not sell Heat Sheets at the meet, the PDF Heat Sheet will be sent to you soon.
