1. RELAYS!!! ALL SWIMMERS, please check out with the coaches BEFORE they leave the meet to see if they are in a freestyle relay. Sometimes, swimmers may be scratched from a relay they previously were not in. It is unfair to the swimmers who wait until the end to have their relay scratched because their teammate was unaware or left early.

 2. Swimmers' Events: Please check the heat sheet and know the swimmers' event, heat, lane, and stroke before the meet. The heat sheet can be found in an email or on the Mountain Park Swim Team website under "links". You can print out your own heat sheet or buy one at the swim meet. However, the Tuesday meet will NOT be selling heat sheets. 

3. SEATING ALL SWIMMERS should sit under the designated area for their age group. It will be separated by age group signs. Please remain in the area for their entire meet. Volunteer parents and staging people will NOT be required to go out of this area to look for your child during a swim event. 

 4. ENTRIES Please know that entries for every meet are very limited. All swimmers will have two individual events, some will have three. This is determined by two main things: -Swimmers that have demonstrated the ability to swim the event without disqualification at practice 

- Swimmers marked ATTENDING for the meet. These swimmers will receive PRIORITY for the third event, but it is still not guaranteed. Thank you and let's have another great meet,
