Hello, County meet sharks, 

Congratulations again to your swimmer for making it to the County Meet! Let’s continue to show them our full support.

We are still looking for volunteers for the following positions:

• S3 (13–14): Staging 
• S4 (8 & Under): Timer
• S5 (11–12): Heat Sheet Sales

If you haven’t signed up yet, please consider helping out. Every hand counts!

Here are a few important updates:

1. Meet & Warm-Up Schedule
   Please review the meet and warm-up schedules (sent in previous emails) and ensure your swimmer arrives on time.
2. Check Your Swimmer’s Events
   You can view your swimmer’s events through SwimTopia. Heat sheets will be available for purchase at the County Meet.
3. County Meet Celebration Party & Award Distribution
   Please join us to celebrate a great season!

   Time: Sunday, July 13th, 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
   Activities: Award distribution, food, photos, fun, and farewell hugs!

   We’ll be serving pizza, ice cream, fruit, and more. You're welcome to bring a dish to share!
