Dear Shark Families,

It’s time to gear up for the season! Meet entries and volunteer sign-ups for Mountain Park are now officially open. Please take a moment to review the details below to ensure our swimmers and meets are ready to go.

📅 Key Deadline: May 21st

The Volunteer sign-up sheet will remain open until May 21st. Please ensure you have completed your selections by this date.

🏊 Meet Entry (RSVP)

To accurately track which swimmers are available, parents are required to log in and indicate whether or not your child will be attending.

• Deadline: Meet RSVP closes at 7:00 PM the Friday before a meet.
• Note: We need to know even if you are not attending.

🤝 Volunteer Sign-ups

Our meets can’t happen without your help!

• First-Come, First-Served: Slots fill up fast, so grab your preferred roles early.
• Requirement: Each family must complete 6 events (or a minimum of 180 volunteer points) this season.
• Family Help: It is perfectly fine for both parents or siblings to sign up and volunteer on the same day!
• Commitment: You must complete your assigned shift even if your swimmer is unable to swim that day.

📱 How to Sign Up

You can register via the SwimTopia mobile app or through your web browser.

Web Instructions:

1. Visit: mpstsharks.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
2. Log In: Use the button in the upper right corner.
3. Volunteer: Click the green "Job Sign-up" button. Select your shifts and click Save Assignments.
4. Swimmers: Click the green "Meet Entry" button. Click Edit under your swimmers' names, select "Attending" or "Not Attending" from the dropdown, and click Save.

💡 Need-to-Knows

• Arrival Times: These will be posted on the specific swim meet page. Times vary between Home and Away meets.
• Duration: Meets generally last about 4 hours. Please plan to stay for the duration, as our coaches rely on your swimmers for relays!
• Job Sign-up Deadline: While the initial sheet closes May 21st

It is vital that all families complete these steps on time so our coaches and coordinators can finalize meet logistics.
